Volunteers needed for "Adopt a Little Okie"

"Adopt a Little Okie" is a program designed to encourage the adoption of shelter pets. Oklahoma Alliance for Animals partners with Tulsa Animal Welfare to showcase Tulsa’s magnificent mutts and fabulous felines. This special event takes place at the shelter one Saturday of every month (normally the fourth Saturday) from 12:00 to 4:00 P.M. It’s a great time for you to see some of Tulsa’s most beautiful pets who are waiting for a loving home. So come on out and Adopt a Little Okie!

Volunteers will be available to help families find a pet that will become a member of their family. OAA also offers a free Pet ID Tag to anyone who adopts a pet.

If you would like to volunteer your time to help in this important program, please contact us.
