This network was created for use by animal welfare organizations which work in partnership with Oklahoma Alliance for Animals. The network is designed to share information pertaining to animal welfare issues in the state of Oklahoma. By registering with us, you acknowledge that you meet the following criteria:
- You are affiliated with an animal welfare organization recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organization or are affiliated with a state or municipal agency focused which deals in animal welfare issues;
- The animal welfare organization with which you are affiliated has designated you as a representative of that organization for participation in this network;
- You are 18 years of age or older;
- Your organization is focused on reducing pet overpopulation and does not breed animals;
- The majority of your organization’s activity takes place within the state of Oklahoma.

Additionally, by joining this network, you agree to the following terms of service:
- Forum discussions and comments shall be constructive in nature. Negative or maliscious commentary may result in the termination of an individual’s or organization’s participation in the network;
- You will notify the administrator if your affiliation with the animal welfare organization which you represent changes in any way. The administrator reserves the right to determine your continued participation in the network;
- You will not allow others to log in to the network using your network credentials;
- You will not use this network to distribute software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- You will not engage in spamming;
- You will not engage in communication that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise illegal or which promotes illegal activities;
- You will not use this network in a manner that is libelous or defamatory, or in a way that is otherwise threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or invasive of another’s privacy;
- You will not use this network in a manner that is hateful or discriminatory based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable;
- You will not impersonate any other person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or to obtain access to this network without authorization;
- You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this network or prevent others from using this network, or use the network in a manner that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages to the network, or that otherwise negatively affects other persons’ ability to use this network;
- You will not use any manual or automated means, including agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access or manage any user’s account or to monitor or copy this Network or the content contained therein;
- You will not facilitate the unlawful distribution of copyrighted content;
- You will not use the network in a manner that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person’s explicit consent;
- You will not distribute misleading email or IP addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through this Network or to users; and

The network administrator reserves the right to terminate an individual’s or group’s affiliation with the network if any of the terms of service are violated.
